Bk Autos Limited is an organization established to provide transport service solutions. We work with drivers to provide transport services in a sustainable manner that enables them own vehicles in the long run.
Which Cars do you work with?
We work with fuel efficient vehicles usually around 1000cc. These include: Suzuki Alto (660cc), Daihatsu Mira (660cc), Daihatsu Move (660cc), and Toyota Passo (1000cc).
How long is the payment period?
The payment period goes for a maximum of 48 months. It is however flexible. You can pay with 36 months or even 24 months. The difference is the weekly payment. Each period has its own weekly payment depending with the vehicle type.
can one reduce his/her payment period in the course of the journey?
The answer is yes. One can reduce his/her payment period so as to finish earlier.
What do you cater for the driver?
We carter for comprehensive PSV insurance and NTSA inspection for the whole period, Security Systems (car alarm and tracker), Car Accessories (safety kit and fire extinguisher), Riveting, Identity, etc.
What is the Total Shield Package
This is our all-inclusive package that covers comprehensive insurance plus personal accident cover, alarm and tracking, riveting and identity, as well as NTSA inspections for the entire period.
What is the Partnership Program?
This is a program designed for experienced online taxi drivers with at least one year of active experience in the ride-hailing industry who are looking for vehicles to operate. Drivers remit daily payments from Monday to Saturday depending on the agreement and car model. Kindly note that this is not a lease-to-own program.
Which car models are available under the Partnership Program?
We mainly specialize in fuel-efficient newly imported vehicles ranging from 650cc to 1500cc including Daihatsu Mira, Daihatsu Move, Mitsubishi EK Wagon, and Toyota Sienta.
What are the required documents for the Partnership Program?
Applicants must submit: • Valid PSV Badge - Minimum 1 year experience as an online taxi driver • Copy of National ID (front & back) • 12‑month M‑Pesa statement • Certificate of Good Conduct • Valid Driving License • 6 weeks’ screenshots of app earnings, • Screenshot of current driver star rating.
How much does it cost to rent a vehicle from you?
The daily remittance amount varies depending on the vehicle model. For small 650cc -Daihatsu Mira, Move, EK Wagon Mitsubishi – One Week deposit of 10800 and 1800 for 6 days or One week deposit of 10794 and 1542 for 7 days For 1500cc – Toyota Sienta – One-week advance payment of 18000 and Daily payment of 3000 for 6 days a week (Mon to Sat)
Which ride-hailing apps can I use with the vehicle?
Drivers can operate on major ride-hailing platforms such as Uber, Bolt, Little Cab, Faras or other approved platforms.
Do you provide fuel for the vehicle?
No. Drivers are responsible for fuel and other daily operational expenses.
Who is responsible for servicing and maintenance of the vehicle?
Major servicing and maintenance are handled by the company. Drivers are expected to take good care of the vehicle and report any issues immediately.
What happens if the vehicle gets damaged during operation?
Drivers must immediately report any accident or damage to management. Responsibility will be determined depending on the situation and insurance processes.
Is there a security deposit required?
Yes. A refundable security deposit is required before onboarding depending on the vehicle model and agreement terms. 650cc (Daihatsu Mira, Move, EK Wagon Mitsubishi) For 6 days a week (Mon – Sat) – 1800 per Day o Flexible Refundable Deposit Options: ✔ KES 21,600 (Two weeks in advance – fully refundable) OR o ✔ KES 10,800 (One-week refundable deposit) + remaining KES 10,800 payable within three weeks For 7 days a week (Mon-Sun) – 1542 per day o Flexible Refundable Deposit Options: ✔ KES 21,588 (Two weeks in advance – fully refundable) OR o ✔ KES 10,794 (One-week refundable deposit) + remaining KES 10,800 payable within three weeks 1500cc (Toyota Sienta) Refundable Deposit Option 1 – 2 Weeks Deposit Refundable Deposit: KES 36,000 ➡ Balance payable within 3 weeks Option 2 – 1 Week Deposit Refundable Deposit: KES 18,000 ➡ Balance payable within 3 weeks
What happens if I fail to remit the agreed daily amount?
Failure to remit consistently for a period of 3 days leads to termination from the program, and repossession of the vehicle as per the partnership agreement.
Where is your office located?
Our office is located at Almont Park, 1st Floor, Church Road, Westlands, Nairobi.
How long does the approval process take?
Once all required documents are submitted, the vetting and approval process normally takes 1–2 working days depending on verification.

Is the vehicle assigned to one driver or shared?
The vehicle is assigned to one approved driver under the partnership agreement. The driver is responsible for the vehicle during the agreed period.
Can I give the car to another driver to operate?
No. The vehicle must only be operated by the approved driver whose documents were vetted and approved by the company.
What happens if I want to stop the partnership?
You are required to provide prior notice as stipulated in the agreement and return the vehicle in good condition for inspection before exiting the program. Any applicable refund will be processed within 14 days after termination, once final reconciliation and inspection have been completed.
Do you accept beginners in online taxi driving?
No. This program is strictly for experienced drivers with at least one year of active online taxi driving experience.
What is the minimum driver rating required?
Drivers are expected to maintain a good rating on ride-hailing platforms, generally 4.7 and above.
What happens if the car breaks down while working?
You should immediately report the issue to the office so that guidance can be provided on repair or recovery.
Can I operate outside Nairobi?
Vehicles are primarily intended for operation within Nairobi and its surrounding areas unless otherwise approved. One shall have to inform the company in writing (email or text message) or via phone call within twenty-four (24) hours with details of intended out-of-county trips. Out of county trips are limited to Machakos, Kiambu, Murang’a, Kajiado & Naivasha.
Do you provide insurance for the vehicle?
Yes. All vehicles are fully insured and compliant with PSV requirements. Drivers must follow proper procedures in case of accidents.
Are there penalties for misuse of the vehicle?
Yes. Misuse such as reckless driving, illegal activities, or poor maintenance may lead to penalties or termination of the partnership.
Is there any inspection? What condition must the vehicle be?
Drivers are expected to keep the vehicle clean, well maintained, and handle it responsibly during the partnership period. Inspections are done after 2 weeks for the first three months
How often do you get new vehicles?
New units are introduced periodically depending on availability and demand, so early applications are encouraged.
